Somatic refers to the body, and the somatic healing approach is crafted to bring awareness back to the body. Anchored in emotional and erotic connection and using experiential tools in session, we dive into the core of your challenges, tuning in to your body and inner voice to achieve a deeper self-understanding and allow for self-expression to flourish.
Not quite! Somatic-based coaching offers a unique approach compared to traditional talk therapy. With hands-on tools and personalized homework, our focus is on reconnecting you with your body. We prioritize experiencing and embodying your emotions, over analysis.

Client sessions take place virtually on zoom.

We'll never engage in anything you're not comfortable with and we'll openly discuss boundaries, pace, and consent, as these are essential aspects of our practice. To clarify, please note that our sessions are clothes-on at all times, there's no kissing involved, and there won't be any genital touch or focus on achieving orgasm during our sessions.
